instruction: 1. remove the test from its sealed pouch,place it ont a clean ,level surface 2.use alcohol pad to disinfect your ring finger,then pierce with a blood collecting needle 3.Transfer 2 drops of specimen to the specimen well,and 3 to 4 drops of buffer 4.Wait for the colored band to appear.The result should be reat at 10 mins. Positive：Two colored band appear on the cassete.One band appear in the control region(C),and another band appears in the test region (T) Negative：Only one colored band appears,in the control region (C），No colored band appears in the test region (T). Invalid：Color band fails to appear.
